This isn’t your typical yoga session: it’s a specialised practice designed to elevate your entire being and help you find a sense of peace and calm.

By combining fluid physical movement with the Overflow Tapping Method, Rita will help you bridge the gap between your body and your mindset.

April is right around the corner and we have our Sunday Special lineup for you!

There won’t be any special on the 5th as it is Easter Sunday but we hope you will be enjoying the weekend all the same ☺️

Kicking things off we have Azyan back with her renowned Hip Mobility Workshop where she’ll help you unlock your range of motion and help with issues like lower back stiffness and hip pain!

Following on we have the wonderful Sumeeta guiding you through a HOT 90 sequence that’s bound to get you breaking a sweat! 🥵You’ll go through 26 Hatha poses and 2 breathing exercises which are designed to work every muscle, tendon, joint, ligament, organ, and gland - sounds great!

And finally we have the fantastic Davinder who will be taking you through her MedYoga Therapy Restore series, focusing on gentle floor based movements and conscious breath work to calm your nervous system and release stored tension 🧘‍♀️

All classes run from 16:00 until 17:30.

This Sunday, Lissa will be taking you through an incredible Kundalini Yoga class here in the studio!

If you’ve never tried Kundalini before, you can expect a practice that is quite different from your usual flow. It’s often called the “Yoga of Awareness,” and Lissa will be guiding you through specific Kriyas: sets of movement, breathwork, and mudras, designed to wake up your energy and clear out any mental fog.

You can expect a real variety of techniques, from rhythmic physical postures to focused meditations and mantra chanting. It’s a bit of a “reset” for your whole nervous system which we think you may well need without realising!

Lissa creates such a welcoming, community atmosphere, so don’t worry if the techniques are new to you. You’ll finish with a long, guided relaxation to soak it all in, leaving you feeling balanced and energized for the week ahead.

You won’t want to miss this one everybody so we’ll see you there at 4pm this Sunday! ❤️

This Sunday at 16:00, Davinder is hosting a very special Mother’s Day session: Restore, Rewire, Reset!

She will guide you through a 90-minute immersion designed specifically to help you move from the constant “doing” of daily life into a state of deep “being.” Davinder is guiding us through a series of restorative poses, somatic movements, and nervous system-focused breathwork all aimed at melting away tension and helping you find your way back to a state of calm.

Think of it as a sanctuary for your nervous system: using a blend of ancient wisdom and modern techniques to help you regulate, recharge, and leave feeling truly nourished.

This class is beginner-friendly and open to everyone; there’s no pressure to perform it’s just a space for you to soften and reset and it’s the perfect way to honor yourself or someone you love this Sunday.

This Sunday Lorraine will be taking you through her excellent ‘Yoga Sadhana’ class in the studio!

You can expect a beautiful, holistic flow that blends the strength of Hatha and Ashtanga with the deeper rituals of pranayama, chanting, and meditation 🧘

Lorraine has spent over a decade on the mat and in that time she spent 16 months immersed in practice in India. She’s bringing all that lived experience to this special session.

It’s a sequence she’s curated from the practices she loves most, designed to help you quiet the noise and find a bit of inner peace before the week ahead.

Whether you’re looking to build mental clarity or just need a space to feel completely nourished and relaxed, this is the perfect Sunday reset ☺️

Julie is back with her calming and fantastic ‘End of Winter Restorative Yoga’ special this week on the 01/03 at 16:00 until 17:30!

Julie has been teaching with us for a while now and we know that you won’t be disappointed if you choose to end your week with her during this Sunday Special in the studio 🥰

She says the following about what to expect:

“As winter begins to soften and the first signs of spring quietly emerge, the body and mind often sit in a delicate transition; still carrying the heaviness, fatigue, and inward pull of the colder months. Restorative yoga offers a gentle bridge between seasons.

Through fully supported postures, soft breath awareness, and deep rest, restorative practice invites the nervous system to reset and the body to release accumulated tension. It honors the slower rhythm of winter while creating space for renewed energy and clarity.

This is a time not to push forward, but to pause, soften, and listen. Wrapped in warmth and stillness, this restorative session will helps us integrate the quiet introspection of winter and prepare, gradually and compassionately, for the light and movement of spring.

I hope you’ll like it!”

Things are going to be heating up this weekend! 🔥

We will be having the incredible Irmina hosting a Classic HOT 90 class for you all so be sure to bring your water bottles 😎

Irmina says the following about what to expect from:

“This is a full-on, classic 90-minute Hot Class practiced in a room heated to around 40°C. The class follows the same sequence every time, which is where the magic really is.

Postures are held for longer, building strength, resilience, and mental discipline, while turning the whole class into a kind of moving meditation that changes both mind and body.

You practice facing the mirror; not to judge or perform, but to turn inward. It becomes a way to disconnect from outcomes results and reconnect with the presence of the moment.”
