About Hot Yoga (26+2):
Hot Yoga is a powerful series of static Hatha Yoga postures (26 postures and 2 breathing exercises) designed to systematically work every muscle, tendon, joint, ligament, organ, and gland. Practised in a heated room to 40 degrees, it helps improve circulation, detoxify the body, and enhance overall wellbeing.
