This Sunday we are lucky enough to have Azyan back with her amazing Hip Mobility Workshop 🥳

Swipe along to see a video of Azyan talking through who this class is aimed at and what you could benefit from coming along!

In this fabulous Pilates/Yoga fusion workshop, Azyan will address the most common weaknesses seen in the lumbo-pelvic-hip region.

You’ll be guided through a series of movements and postures to activate muscles that support your hips and restore range of motion and leave with greater body awareness and having worked and stretched!

All levels welcome, see you there this Sunday at 4pm 😁

This Sunday we invite you to join the brilliant Lorraine as she guides you through her Yin & Nidra Special!

Here are some words from Lorraine herself about the workshop and what to expect:

“Yin is more than stretching. It’s an ancient practice that will leave you feeling replenished, refreshed and renewed. Unlike other styles of physical exercise or more energetic yoga, in Yin we hold the postures longer, around three minutes on average, but we find a place where the body naturally is taken by gravity.

And from here, by holding the postures longer, we get into the connective tissues, the fascia, instead of the muscles, allowing the body to release, replenish and let go. Here we create space and stillness and embrace the softness of this beautiful practice. You will leave feeling energized, replenished and refreshed!

After the Yin practice, I will guide you through a yoga nidra meditation, which is the equivalent to many hours of sleep, again leaving you feeling completely nourished from your session.“

About Hot Yoga (26+2):
Hot Yoga is a powerful series of static Hatha Yoga postures (26 postures and 2 breathing exercises) designed to systematically work every muscle, tendon, joint, ligament, organ, and gland. Practised in a heated room to 40 degrees, it helps improve circulation, detoxify the body, and enhance overall wellbeing.

Who can attend?
This class is suitable for all levels - whether you’re completely new to Hot Yoga or a seasoned practitioner looking to challenge yourself and deepen your practice.
