This will be an experiential hands-on accessible Introductory course for anyone looking to learn more about Craniosacral Therapy.

Dates: 18th & 19th October, 22nd & 23rd November 2025, 17th & 18th January 2026

Each weekend can be considered as a stand-alone event but attending all 3 weekends will offer a deeper learning and healing experience.

Participants should ideally have some knowledge of anatomy & physiology.

Class size limited to 6 participants only.

Cost: £300 per weekend - £50 deposit

Being a new mother is hard. I know I found it overwhelming myself and so to treat a newborn AND her mother is a joy. This baby was quite unsettled so I suggested treating mum and when he was on her chest he went into a deep sleep (making those gorgeous newborn noises).

This all helps both to reset the nervous system which is always compromised by birth.

Did you know that coming through the birth canal is the equivalent to being 30 meters underwater?

I had an amazing day buying books yesterday! Of course I went totally overboard 🤣 thanks to getting carried away at Watkins bookstore in London. The dragons book was a sale find by (my eldest son) who I found out really loves books (and dragons)! What fun we had. I highly recommend indulging in books. Just looking at this fills my heart (and soul) ❤️

I'm at a yoga retreat centre in Goa and the dog that lives here popped in to our Shala before class today. So I offered her some cranio, which she welcomed, then she said thank you! Animals are so uncomplicated compared to humans. She was totally connected to her body. After her thank you she lay at my feet. Resting.
