In just a few weeks we’ll be here spending the days doing yoga and HIIT, eating nourishing balanced food, resting and relaxing and soaking in the sunshine and ocean views.
Could you join us? We fly 2nd Feb, return 9th Feb. £860 for everything (except flights which are still looking very reasonable)

Almost ready to share the finer details......

One aim from our few weeks in Sri Lanka was to find a location for a retreat in Feb 2020. Think this is it. 🌊☀️🥥A 7 bedroom hotel on the southern tip of Sri Lanka. My instinct says it will be a fab location so I am starting to plan. Not just Yoga offered, also HIIT style training and beach walks so it will be appeal to all.
