Time to let go of what's holding you to the past, the patterns that don't fit you any longer. TRAINING: Jo has studied at The Spiritualist Association of Great Britain and The College of Psychic Studies, Kensington, London. At the world-renowned Arthur Findlay College– The World’s Foremost College for the Advancement of Spiritualism and Psychic Sciences, Jo has studied with many leaders in the field including Tony Stockwell, Lynn Probert, Andrew Manship and Andy Byng. Jo trained in Clinical Hypnotherapy and Psychology, Past Life Regression, Remote Viewing, EFT and NLP, with the Institute of Clinical Hypnosis, Kings College London. She has trained in Shamanism and Soul Retrieval with Christa Mackinnon and is trained in reiki, all levels including karuna reiki for shadow work.

Jo is an associate trainer for The College of Public Speaking She runs a “Speak out and Inspire” course and also teaches storytelling and presentation skills as well as running her own company, raw communications offering copywriting, thinking and training skills.
