Beautiful reading where a friend came forwards to acknowledge the loneliness his passing has caused. My lovely client experienced once again all the humour and fun of her friend - and his colourful language!

He stepped forwards, wearing his trademark leather jacket, sharing he was now in 'biker heaven' surrounded by his favourite machines. And then he put his hands in a prayer position and said 'Prayer' laughing that the joke was on him, since they'd had so many conversations about life after death, but he'd always said 'Nah - you're mad, it's all woo".

He laughed about bringing her unusual signs from the 'natural world' since they both shared a love of the great outdoors. My client said she'd seen a praying mantis. So I asked him ...'was that you?' His reply - 'If the mantis turned to stare at you for the longest time, then of course it was me!' My client said 'Yes! The strangest thing, it really did!'

His fun energy and reassurance that he would be with her as usual, by the fireside, brought calm and upliftment.

Happy Day of the Dead!

Lighting a candle for those ancestors who came before you and your loved ones now spirit side, is to honour them and to show tenderness and presence to your grief.

Talking with them - and listening to what comes into your awareness, can help you recognise the beliefs, patterns and stories of theirs that you have carried and may not need to any longer. This awareness can be healing for you - and for them.

Tonight before you sleep, talk to your loved ones. Whatever you need to say. A share of your feelings, an update on life, a rant, a cry or a funny memory share… just be you and keep it real. They will hear you.

You’ll be releasing as you go into the pre sleep hypnotic state , so it’s healing .

And you might just get a reply in your dreams - so be aware and sweet dreams to you đź’•đź’«

SOUL JOURNEY

You might have heard of soul contracts. A meaningful connection to someone can last an hour, a season, or many decades
Another kind of contract is when the soul decides how long to stay in its human vessel.
Not everyone is here for the typical 'long’ life.
Some are here for just a day, some longer, others 100 years.
It's only society that says a death is 'too soon'
The soul doesn't have that perspective, it doesn't live by linear time, clocks and calendars.
The soul says this was my journey. And now it's complete.
So instead of mourning the life they didn't get to fulfil,
consider that what matters is not the timespan, but the imprint they've left. Because every soul creates waves that lives on long after their human body dies.
Some souls shift energy in just one day here.
Others over decades.
Focus on what their presence awakened when they were here.
Their resonance.
Your grief is real. Your ache is proof of how deeply they touched your soul.
And that ache is why they came to be here.
