✨NEW CLASS UPDATE✨

We have added a new class to our timetable on Friday lunchtimes.

Here is our updated schedule

Monday 6pm and 7:30pm Yoga flow

Friday 12:30 Yin and flow and 7pm Yoga flow

Saturday 8:30am Morning flow

Sunday 7:30pm Yin and flow (Nidra and Yin once a month)

Spaces are limited in the studio so please book your space. All classes are suitable for all levels, everyone is welcome.

Thrilled to say we are adding more classes to our weekly schedule!

We will now have a lunchtime class on Fridays 12:30 - 1:30.

This will be a yoga flow with Carolyn with various themes each week.
