April 🌸 an uncoiling month 🐍 Have you felt the subtle shifts, the creative energies of this season, this time between the Spring of Ostara and the stirrings of Summer with Beltane?

Loved trying a few new things, including watercolours, and making this seed paper!

New Moon 🌒 becoming unstuck 🩶

Anyone else feeling this New Moon in Aries has come like a wave, felt from the shore, that tingling feeling of excitement. Of ideas, actions, we've been holding on to, keeping close to our heart, as they suddenly burst forth as the wave gloriously crashed over with the New Moon rising.

1. Cherry blossom on my walk with Billy last night, bringing joy, joy, joy

2. Yesterday I said goodbye, with love and gratitude to my blonde years, and took the first step to returning to my natural colour, with huge thanks to the amazing Emma Cassidy. We all follow different paths, and this one has been a long time coming for me personally

3. Stewed pears with lavender and cinnamon. Raising vibtrational energies, and bringing in the warmth of the fire of Aries, with Cinnamon, and working with Lavender as I plant her seeds, gathered last August from the garden (in Stories as FB isn't keen on mixing photos and videos!)

5. Sticky Cleavers to help us become unstuck. Steeping them overnight in water in the fridge, for a cleansing drink the following day (tastes a little like cucumber water)

Also, some may have noticed a little name change. Something I've been nurturing over the past year. Seren meaning star in Welsh ✨️

Awakening 🌸 feeling the warmth of Mother Earth, the first little peek of fruits, and perhaps the first flowers of any intentions planted at the start of Spring 🌱

In May, at our Sound Gatherings, we'll be crafting a sigil, a magical symbol of our intention, and a beacon for guiding our focus and energy through to the Winter Solstice ✨️

Our May gatherings are currently fully booked, but we do have spaces for our June Sound Gathering (please do message to book), where we'll be crafting candles to carry our light, our energy, to illuminate our way during the darker months of the Winter Solstice 🕯

The path is a spiral, the year is a Circle, as we work with the cycles, the seasons, and prepare for those to come 🌾

Solstice spellwork ✨️ words are spells, we all send out energy every day. For the past 35 years, when I was first gifted The Spells Bible, I've been practicing spellwork, magic, a little green witchcraft 💚 the world feels like it needs a little extra magic right now, a little more light.

As we weave our way towards Beltane in May, and Litha, and the Solstice in June, enjoy the magic in every butterflies wing, the beauty in each sunrise and set, stretch up to the leaves, root your feet to Mother Earth 🌎

We also have our Summer Solstice Sound Journey on Thursday 18th June, at 12 noon, in our little cosy space in Marple. Where we'll rest and ground within a Midsummer meditation, create a little candle magic (with a candle to take home), and journey with the bowls and drums 🌀 🦋

Feeling all the Spring energies 💛🌿 after a few false starts this year!

Arm-fulls of love, hugs, and gratuitude to all the wise women who gathered for our Soul Vision Board and Soundhealing sessions. Beginning the year together was so incredibly special.

Sitting within these energies now, soaking them in, before the shift comes, and brings with it the vibrancy of Beltane 🌸🌿

Community 🌸 Something that keeps coming back to me is how often it can feel as though we're pitted against each other in society over the years; breast/bottle, work/stay-at-home, hrt/everything-else.

I've done all of the above within this lifetime, and my 'why' for creating the little calming space, was community, to bring women together. To be able to just be; to breathe, to share, to weave magic. To connect on a soul level, with each other, and the nature we are.

There can be so many societal pressures, and still we rise. Working the magic we came here to do 🪽

Ostara 🌼 Spring Equinox 🌿 the dawn of the Wheel of the Year. Anything is possible with this energy of new beginnings in the air! ✨️

On the Spring Equinox we gathered for our second Soul Vision Board and Soundhealing, under the energy of the New Moon. A powerful time of manifesting all you wish to bring into your life, to embrace YOU fully, your whole magnificent, magical self.

When setting up for any gathering, healing or workshop, a Circle is created. Cleansing the space, physically and spiritually, welcoming in the directions, the elements, setting intentions, working with the energies. Creating a safe space for like-minded women to gather, share, listen, and support, as we weave our magic.

Beltane 🦋 there's comfort and stability in knowing that, whatever is happening, the Wheel of the Year continues to turn. As we honour each turn, we are grounded, and held in connection, with each other, and with Mother Earth 🌎

Beltane is a celebration of life. A time to breathe in the abundant energies surrounding us, and within us.

Beltane Full Moon gathering is fully booked, but I'll be sharing a gathering to honour the Summer Solstice, very soon 🌞

Stirrings of Spring ○ happy Imbolc, Saint Brigid's Day blessings 🕯and honouring Brigantia, Goddess of Northern Britain 🔥 with the Full Moon tonight too 🌕✨️

Time of light, healing, and transformation. It is said that on the evening of 31st January, Brigid passes by, warming the Earth, and where her feet have touched the ground, wildflowers appear.

Cloth or fabric can be left outside for Brigid to bless when she passes. Known as Brat-Bhríde, this cloth can serve as a talisman of healing, protection, and creativity, for the rest of the year 🌱

May your inner light grow brighter with the lighter days ahead 🌕 🙏🕯###

Brigantia ● Celtic Goddess of Northern England ● honoured as wise and powerful, protector of the land, by the Brigantes tribe.

I've been quiet this past month. Overwhelmed by all I've learnt over the last few years. No matter how much I try, my (very) menopausal mind can't hold all the names of the trees, the birds, the intricacies of rituals, the right words at the right time. Sometimes I can no longer think, only feel. Bringing me out of my head, and rooted into my body.

I'm not an artist (as you can see!), but I find sketching out my journeying helps me to feel back into the energy of them.

This is how I connected with Brigantia in a Shamanic journey recently, walking across sea with waves of flame, to an abundantly green island where she appeared from a beautiful spreading oak, noble, gentle, warrior, with a branch staff, rather than a spear, holding and protecting the Earth.

Perhaps, as we honour Imbolc at our coming Circle, and the Earth begins to stir, we may also be blessed to connect with the spirit of Brigantia 🌳💚🌿🌍

I hope that these first stirrings of Spring find you well, and may help to begin the sowing of new seeds of intention, ready for the awakening of Ostara Spring Equinox 🌱 Gift yourself patience, there is no rush if the words don't come straightaway. Sending so much love, Kay ###
