One of my clients came today and as she got up from the waiting area, she lifted her bag that looked like it had heavy rocks in.

I gave her that look as if to say ' what you doing lugging that around with you? Watch your back!''

To which she used her Jedi skills, read my mind and said 'they're for you!'

Then she pulled this lot out.
Had raided her garden before her appointment and brought me the most beautiful home grown Tommy's and cucumbers.

I have munched on them already.

The difference in home grown and shop bought is truly incredible isn't it? Look how bright they are!!

I really need to get on it next year.

What are we even buying from the shops!!!

Sunday Night Bath time (he 'ain't' appy!!!)
As usual, he isn't talking to me - you would think I've just told him I'm not his real Mum or something.

To make up for it, I've told him he can stay up to watch Bullseye with a glass of Vimto and a bag of Transformers, watch Sptting Image then That's Life, if he's lucky.

Really showing my age now.

The Shift!

Most of you will probably have felt a bit of a 'shift' today.

Holiday season coming to an end for most, Kids heading back in school, back in work mode, that feeling in the air of 'is it still Summer' or 'should I be folding up the garden furniture and buying logs for the fire'.

Fingers crossed we will have some more sunshine, as it's still warm, however if you feel that the Summer has taken its toll on you and are in need of a bit of a re-set - sleeping on hotel beds/pillows, travelling, carrying suitcases, driving for miles on end, kids just being kids, no headspace, indulging in too much gorgeous food/cocktails and are feeling bloated and puffy.

I have the perfect remedy for you to come and Re-Set yourself as you head into the coming months.

One of Life's Biggest Tests!

I consider myself to be a kind and caring human being and some of the time I will give second chances as I understand how we can all make mistakes.

I'm not a violent person, more of a silent assassin.

Time after time after time, I have given those 100 miles an hour black buzzing lunatic Blue bottle FLIES chances to get out of my house.

I try and guide them out by opening windows and doors, I try and resist using any physical force on them as 'they too have feelings' but time after time, they continue to disrespect me, goading me into an absolute frenzy where I don't even recognise myself.

Armed with a rolled up tea towel as my weapon, I hear myself quietly threatening them with 'Yeh... You wanna play do you?' and 'Come on then!! ... Show me what you've got' as I snap the air with my tea towel like my life depends on it. (there are unfortunately swear words involved).

But they just continue to frantically fly round in circles, away from the open door... I give them an out but they just laugh at me, call me all sorts of names and fly in the opposite direction. The opposite direction than the open door!!! The doorway to freedom!!

Obviously I have more work to do on myself in remaining calm under these circumstances but if they would just compromise a little bit then my world would be a better place.

Y"all are working way too hard!!

Today, every single one of my clients had come for back neck and shoulders. Life is definitely taking its toll!

Not that I'm complaining at all - I'm just so used to dealing with a mixture of scenarios in any one day with various treatments.

One client had The Indulgent Back Session but the rest had The Upper Body - Firm.

It was like a conveyer belt of Muscle Melting Madness.
