✨ Meet Isla! ✨

If you’ve popped in for a coffee, chances are you’ve tasted one of her gorgeous creations (just look at that latte art 🤎). Isla’s been part of our Sass family for over two years now — starting at just 15 — and she’s with us across the week, but on Sundays she really shines: stepping into the role of head chef, running the kitchen solo. Her presentation and quality are second to none!

She’s not just an unbelievable barista; she’s also passionate about food, fitness and looking after her wellbeing — and we find that pretty inspiring for a young woman today. Oh, and she loves cats… so of course she fits right in! 🐾☕️💪

We’re so lucky to have you, Isla — thank you for being such a big part of what makes Sass feel so special. 🫶

✨ NEW CLASS LAUNCHING 5 AUGUST! ✨

Ready to move beyond your comfort zone? To discover what happens when strength meets self-belief?

Join Leanne every Tuesday evening (6-7pm) for EmPOWER Yoga – a dynamic, energising flow created to challenge you and lift you up.

It doesn’t matter how much yoga experience you have – this class is about showing up with an open mind, being brave enough to try, and trusting in your body’s amazing potential.

If you’ve taken a class with Leanne already, you’ll know she has a passion for empowering others; for reminding people of the strength and resilience they hold within. This kind of practice is what she lives and breathes herself - and we are so excited to share more of her knowledge and wisdom on the timetable.

Ever feel like your back is one big block? 🧱

Our spines are built for segmental movement – each vertebra contributing to a beautiful ripple of motion. But life, stress and habits can lock us into stiffness, moving in big chunks instead of flowing piece by piece.

Here I’m exploring slow spinal articulation: curling from the tailbone, rolling bone by bone, noticing where I get stuck and where I feel spacious (the first half of the video is sped up by 4.5 😯)

This isn’t just about flexibility – it’s about awareness. It’s functional range conditioning, joint health, and nervous system soothing, all in one mindful practice.

“I know it’s a cliché, but yoga truly saved my life.” ~ Meet the Teacher: Leanne ✨

Leanne discovered yoga during one of her lowest moments and found deep healing, joy, and reconnection to herself. Fast forward four years, she’s now a yoga teacher and breathwork facilitator—passionate about sharing the tools and wisdom that transformed her own life. 🫶🏻

Leanne’s classes are playful yet powerful: rooted in movement, music and breathwork, balanced with strength building and ancient yogic philosophy. You can expect fun, creative flows, soulful playlists, hands-on adjustments and those all-important extra long shavasanas. 😴
