Eck! How amazing are these pictures 🥰
This is the first time I’ve ever been photographed massaging. In fact it’s the first time I’ve ever been observed massaging since I passed my training but Sophia Landells Creative was amazing, I felt very at ease.

We all know this is true … so why is it so difficult to do without feeling guilty? We should absolutely be prioritising being kind but we forget that extends to ourselves. We are allowed to put our own needs first. So remember saying no is not a bad thing but drowning under a pile of yes is. Xx
