I’m in recovery and i let it make me miserable! I’ve hurt my ankle which on the grand scheme of things is no big deal but it’s stopped me for doing things that make me happy both in my body and in my head. No walking, no climbing and definitely no running 😩 it’s the getting out in nature that I’m missing the most but the more i do now the longer it will take to recover. So I need to remind myself that there are a million other things to be grateful for and when I have recovered I need to not take the joy of moving outside in nature for granted xx
