I have made the decision to close Calm Life Co until the New Year and maybe beyond.
After the death of my Cousin and Granddad in the last 4 weeks, I have some healing to do myself.

As a Reiki healer it’s key I listen to my body and take care of my energy.
So I had a lovely acupuncture session with Sarah this morning to clear some stuck energy that was causing fatigue.
I love to recommend modalities that work for me and great practitioners who are part of my own wellbeing maintenance.
Sarah is based in Knowle on a Saturday and other clinics in the week.

The next free Womens Wellness walk is on Sunday 28thJuly.
We meet at 6.30pm at the clock in Marston Green and then walk down to the park and have a second pick up around 6.40pm at the basket ball court.
We then walk for approximately an hour. You can chat, listen to your own music, not chat, there is no pressure to do anything other than walk in a safe space group. Look forward to our walk 🙏

I am thinking of starting Wellwomen walks once a month around Marston Green.
Totally free and just facilitated for women to have a group of women to walk with.
I am not sure on what day to do this so would appreciate some help.
