Hannah was cooking up a storm on Easter Sunday. A filling ‘ fry up’ for brunch followed by a family friendly roast dinner. Normal food cooked a bit differently so you can lose weight beautifully without going hungry 😋

Pizza topped chicken and chips for dinner tomorrow night. I love that I can eat so freely on slimming world. Food that I love. 😋

Imagine being able to go into a clothes shop, grab something in your size off the rail and know it's going to fit...regardless of which shop you're in!

No more only shopping in the shops that you know are more generous with their sizes!

Imagine being able to stroll confidently into those hideous changing rooms clutching the clothes of your dreams knowing they are going to fit...and if they don't fit it will only be because you need a SMALLER size!

Imagine waking up each morning and choosing something you want to wear rather than dragging on whatever still fits. Just imagine!

Our Target members no longer have to imagine any of this. It's REAL for them now.

We have a LOT of Target Members at our Ampthill and Marston slimming world groups ...they have achieved their dream weight and with their knowledge of food optimising, with our fab Slim for Life journal and with support from the group as and when they feel they need it are can now maintain that weight for good.

They are our inspiration...come and join them ❤️

We do try our best to look after new members well so they feel
Welcome and get off to the best possible start. 👏
I spend the first half hour with them whilst my lovely social team
Look after existing members.
In that half hour I talk them through our plan so they have everything they need to lose weight. I also contact them after group to ask how they are getting on and if they have any questions. 🤔
So if you’d love to come and join us be assured you’ll get great care❤️

Look at this delicious poke bowl one of my members just made. You could easily make something like this to take out with you for lunch at work or a day out. Think I might head out to her house and see if she has any going spare 😂😋
