Prawn tikka masala . And a garlic and cheese flatbread. I’ve never made my own flatbreads before but a member in group told me she made them. What a winner it is. And so easy. I do love how we share great food ideas in group. 😋

Our lovely Wendy. How her confidence has grown since losing weight. She is such an important part of the group
And helps out each week greeting members and enrolling them . She lost 5 stone and has now kept it off for over a year. 💪❤️👏

Proper comfort food on this stormy night. And all bang on plan and weight loss friendly .
Sausages, cheesy mustard mash, veg and topped with fried onions. With proper onion gravy.
You just need to learn how to cook differently and you can still eat proper delicious food. We can teach you how to in our groups 😋😋😋😋😋
