As the wheel turns and we arrive at Beltane,
we step into a sacred threshold…
where earth and fire meet,
where life awakens in full bloom,
and where the energy of creation flows freely through all things.

May this day remind you of the vitality within you.
The spark that lives quietly…
waiting to be felt, to be honoured, to be expressed.

Beltane is a celebration of life itself.
Of passion, connection, fertility, and joy.
It invites us to step forward,
to open our hearts,
and to embrace the beauty of being alive.

May you feel grounded in the earth beneath your feet…
supported, steady, and safe.

May you feel the warmth of the fire within your soul…
igniting your desires, your creativity, your truth.

May you honour both your softness and your strength.
The gentle unfolding… and the bold becoming.

🌿 April at Angelic Holistics 🌿

April has been a month of soft awareness…of noticing what’s been held, and gently beginning to let it go.

In the treatment room, I’ve seen shoulders soften…breath deepen…and that quiet moment where something shifts, not forced, just allowed.

Alongside this, it’s been a joy to welcome both new and returning students into the space. Sharing knowledge, guiding, and holding that learning environment is always something I deeply cherish.

Delivering Reiki attunements this month has also been incredibly special…
It is always an honour to pass the baton on,
to see others step into their own connection and path.

Outside of work, life has offered its own beautiful moments…

A gentle and heartfelt Easter spent with family, time catching up with friends,
and a lovely day in London with my mum, visiting The King’s Gallery to see the exhibition of our late Queen’s ceremonial and event dresses.

Moments of history… reflection… and most importantly, quality time together 🤍

Because beyond everything…this is what it’s all for.

There’s been a real theme this month of the body holding what the mind hasn’t yet processed.
And with that… space being created for release, in its own time.

As April comes to a close, there’s no rush… no pressure. Just an invitation to soften,
and meet yourself where you are 🌿
