What is Reflexology Lymph Drainage (RLD)?
RLD is a specialist, evidence-based reflexology technique that supports the body’s natural lymphatic flow.

It is based on the principles of Manual Lymphatic Drainage and is carried out entirely on the feet using gentle, rhythmic techniques.

Originally developed by Sally Kay Reflexology to support people living with lymphoedema following breast cancer treatment.

When the lymphatic system is sluggish, we may feel run-down, heavy, or experience swelling and discomfort. RLD offers gentle support for the body’s natural drainage and defence systems.
