🗓 Opening Wednesday 1st October – bookings now being taken. Nine Springs Clinic Yeovil.

I’m delighted to announce the launch of a regular Foot Reflexology Lymph Drainage (RLD) clinic at Ninesprings Natural Health Clinic, Yeovil.

💡Developed by reflexologist Sally Kay whilst working in cancer care, RLD is an evidence-based, internationally acclaimed reflexology technique originally designed to support people living with secondary lymphoedema.

👣Based on the principles of Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) and Simple Lymphatic Drainage (SLD), RLD is applied to the reflexes of the feet, offering a gentle yet effective approach to supporting lymphatic health.

As an approved practitioner of the Sally Kay Reflexology Lymph Drainage method, I tailor each treatment to the needs of the individual.

In my practice, I support a wide range of clients, including:
✔ Those living with chronic health conditions
✔ Clients pre- and post-surgery to aid recovery
✔ Women navigating menopause and its many changes
✔ Individuals seeking support for swelling, immune health, relaxation and overall wellbeing

It’s important to note that reflexology is a complementary therapy. We do not diagnose within a traditional medical framework or claim to cure. Instead, treatments are designed to support clients living with health and wellness conditions, working alongside their medical care.
