Stop right there — you don’t need another diet. What you need is to understand your relationship with food, not follow more rules or restrictions.

With over 13 years of experience working in the NHS as a Nutritionist in Weight Management Services, I’ve supported thousands of people to make lasting lifestyle changes that improve both their physical and emotional wellbeing.
