Hi, as your consultant to support you to achieve your weight loss Dreams i'm also a slimming world member too. I joined my first group nearly 16 years ago, being able to eat everyday family friendly foods,socialise and enjoy my life as normal while still losing weight i decided i wanted to help others to change their lives too. I'm very passionate about people and can't think of any other role in

the world that could give me the satisfaction as much as i get from supporting others. I'm still on my journey too so this helps me understand deeply how people feel and the challenges we have to overcome to achieve a new lifestyle
My mission is to rid the burden of guilt for everyone that needs help to find themselves and live the life they've always wanted in becoming the New You x

To all our members who missed a week, a month, 6 months and just feel like you cannot come back.

✨️To the members that had one swip too many and the guilt has eaten away at you for days, months,and you haven’t seen your Consultant or friends in group for a long time.

✨️To the members that look in the mirror and ask why did I leave group and let things get out of control?

✨️To the person who would love to come back but isn’t feeling brave enough to step through the door of group

✨️To the person who's life got hectic and has put themselves on the back burner

✨️I need you to know that YOU CAN DO THIS 💪🏻 You can step back into group for a fresh start or to pick up from where you last attended

✨️I want you to know that there is never any judgement, in our groups. We have all been there ourselves. We will welcome you back with open arms - sharing support, inspiration, motivation and fun to get you back track 🙌🏻

✨️Just be brave 😊 Walk back through our doors and a room full of warm friendly faces will be waiting

✨️I promise the comeback is ALWAYS stronger than the set back and I'm here for you every step of the way 🤗 ❤️

What a great success story.
Effy was refused a visa to New Zealand as she was considered a 'hazard' to their health system at the weight of 22 stone - she went on to shed half her body weight.

Here in Slimming World we don't shame or judge anyone who goes down the surgery or weightloss medication route, we support and celebrate them. If you're considering surgery or medication or are already post weightloss surgery or on weightloss injections and need support to change habits then reach out because thats what we are here for.
