Owing to safety concerns following the implementation of new systems with a local pharmacy, we are asking patients to place requests for their repeat medication with the Surgery directly, and not through their pharmacy.

You can order your repeat medication directly with the surgery via;

•Telephone to our repeat prescription answer machine which is open 24/7 (01900811830)

•In writing and posted through our letterbox (forms are available at the Surgery to complete

•Online via the NHS App

Please note that we do not support the use of any pharmacy promoted app (other than the NHS App), or online form, for ordering medication.
