I get asked frequently about vitamin b12 and up to now have never offered it as a service as it’s easily accessible on the NHS should the need arise.

It’s under new business

We announced a while ago that Gemma had been nominated and short listed for an EVA award for best New Business.

Why I don’t wear sunscreen…..

I know you did a double take didn’t you 😂

The SPF queen saying she doesn’t wear sunscreen.

Of course I do but I do let my skin get a bit of exposure first,
- breakfast outside
- stretches on the grass (bonus as it’s grounding too)
- early morning walk

I get my vitamin d exposure first then slap it on!

These are my very own before and afters. This was a flare up from sunscreen about 4 years ago.

Skincare and peels, helped in fixing this.

But now with my functional health hat on I can see it was inflammation and that was contributed by the chemicals in the sunscreen.

Acne has multifactorial causes.

Good skincare routine and in clinic treatments help and I’ve achieved good results not only for myself but that of my customers.

But consideration needs to be taken for gut health, thyroid, digestion, internal health is just as important.
