Just a reminder that a new baby massage course is starting next week at Mathry Hall either Tuesday or Thursday(Flexible).I have run this course for 22 years and have.It lasts 6 weeks .Below is a week by week break down of what will experience apart from learning a foot to head body massage!
Week 1 Benefits/ Serve and Return
Week 2 Why does your baby cry.
Week 3 Sleep and dealing with problems
Week 4 Development and Baking bread.
Week 5 Play ...and discussion of baking of bread.
Week 6 Graduation with certificate and "How to make a beautiful
Brain in your baby...Tools for your parent tool box

As a parent, you'll meet others and share you joys and difficulties,so please get in touch,book a space and have some fun

We are all aware that the first 3 years of a baby's life is crucial in building a foundation for future Emotional and mental well being,Massage has is a significant contribution towards this in every child.

Good morning, hope you have enjoyed a peaceful and happy Christmas with your families.
Just a reminder the new course starts on the Thursday the 13th of January .
I have been sharing my knowledge of baby massage for nearly 23 years and enjoyed working with so many mum's s who had a difficult and unexpected journey with their little ones and what a privilege it was to witness to see their attachment deepen ,to see their confidence increase and to see the love grow between them.
My passion is brain development in the vital first few years where emotional foundations are set for life .Where a child can grow into a beautiful human being wow....and where better to start with baby massage. Not only will you learn the skills to massage your baby but will learn about their development ,What makes a your baby thrive ,why they cry... why they need to play freely ,sleep and its 5 cycles. You will bake some bread....(a very relevant exercise (look at the photo...hint) .The final week, a graduation ceremony with a certificate and some vital tools for you parent tool box with short videos that will enhance your understanding of why the quality TIME you spend with your little helps grow a beautiful, happy brain.
