Never been to one of my classes before?

I get it! It can be daunting to take that first step and book yourself onto a class that you've never been to before, so I thought I'd share a bit more about what you can expect in my sessions!

I always aim to give lots of options and encourage you to find variations of poses and movements that work for your body. We move, breathe, and aim to leave sessions feeling both strong and calm ✨️

I have a few spaces available on both of my weekly community classes at the moment if you fancy giving it a go...

How often do you tune in to your breath?

We spend all day breathing in and breathing out without a thought, but spending some time focused on breathing exercises or pranayama can be so beneficial both physically and mentally.
✨️ Stress reduction
✨️ Increased lung capacity
✨️ Decreased blood pressure
✨️ Increased focus
✨️ Mind body connection
The list goes on!

Pranayama is one of the 8 limbs of yoga and translates as 'control of the breath' or 'control of life force'. All of my yoga classes/sessions involve time focused on the breath, both in stillness and during all of our movements.

Spring Self-Care 2026 🌱

So, today's plan was to launch our next seasonal self-care session and open bookings, however...
I always open priority booking to attendees of the previous event first, and I'm afraid to report that I'm actually already fully booked! I'm completely blown away and feeling very grateful to have such a wonderful community of yogis who value these opportunities to rest and reset so much ✨️

Last Sunday was our first Seasonal Self-Care session of 2026 and it was dreamy!

I've had a few people ask what my seasonal sessions include, so here it is...
A relaxing combination of:
- Gentle flowing yoga
- Yin yoga
- Restorative yoga
- Yoga nidra
- Journalling and reflection
(Alongside some lovely warming teas, seasonal poems and tips for embracing and living more in tune with the seasons)

Rest. Restore. Reset.

Wow, what a year...
I think this year has been the best yet for my AC YOGA business and I'm so so grateful to everyone who has supported me (even if it's just a simple like on a post I share, it really means a lot ❤️).
I've led 200+ private and group classes, 4 seasonal self-care events and a good handful of fun yoga parties and events too!
I'm taking some time off over the festive period and can't wait to see you all back on the mat in the new year ✨️
