Internship finishing this week and I'm 99% sure I still know how to put bandages on😂
This has been one of my favourite experiences- mostly because I got to make people pretend they're okay when they're not!
Incredibly grateful for the laughs, learning curves, and experience.

Lower back feeling tight, cranky, or like it aged 40 years overnight? Yeah… same.

This short yoga flow is designed to:
- release tension
- improve mobility
- wake up the muscles that actually support your lower back
(especially if you sit a lot, train hard, or you slept like a pretzel 🫣)

Move slowly, breathe deeply, and remember: if it hurts, don’t force the stretch… this isn’t the yoga Olympics!!
No blocks? Use a book!
No Mat? Use a towel!

I know… I know… I vanished off this page, BUT I’ve been gone for a good reason — I just completed my Clinical Yoga Instructor Qualification!! 🧘‍♂️

So what does that mean for you?
It means I can now add clinically-backed yoga methods into rehab and training to help with:
✔️ Mobility & flexibility
✔️ Injury prevention
✔️ Pain reduction
✔️ Better posture
✔️ Core stability
✔️ Nervous system regulation (aka helping your body actually relax for once)

As a sports therapist & physio student, I’m always looking for ways to level up how I help people move, recover, and stay injury-free. I can blend rehab, mobility, and breathwork into sessions that are actually tailored to your body (not just random stretches you saw on TikTok 😅).

In the midst of trying to get some pics for this Sundays’ reset, I was tricked into walking 10 miles (curtesy of ), fought off a cow, and was soaked through!

No crazy workouts this week — just movement that feels good. Getting my steps in, clearing my head, and reminding myself that consistency > perfection (even when battling nature).

It’s easy to underestimate the power of walking, but honestly, daily movement is one of the simplest ways to boost recovery, energy, and mood.
Your body doesn’t need “perfect” — it just needs you to show up. 🚶‍♀️💪

This week I’ve been practicing what I preach: self-care through movement 💗

Joining .108.studio & for hot Pilates & yoga reminded me how strong my body is, and how powerful it feels to step out of my comfort zone 🔥 Yes—you’ll sweat more than expected!

Hot yoga & Pilates not only build strength, mobility, and mindfulness, but the heat also boosts circulation, flexibility, and mental resilience.

Remember—movement doesn’t have to be intense to matter. It is often the first thing to be dropped on our busy days where we prioritise our 9-5 over our health- leaving us feeling we are ‘running out of time’.

Slowing down, reconnecting with your body, and prioritising health is more than enough ✨

Let’s take next week to move with purpose, not pressure 🙌

🧡 Feeling so grateful to volunteer with as a student physio, for the second year running at the 🏃‍♀️

I had the opportunity to support the amazing runners who went the extra mile for such a meaningful cause ☺️
Truly inspiring to see the strength, determination, and heart that went into every step.

I am grateful to have played a very small part in their journey today. A brilliant experience full of beautiful story’s 🧡

📍 I’m excited to announce that .sportstherapy has officially moved to a new location! 🏡💪

I’d like to say a massive thank you to .schofield.mvmnt, who has been one of my biggest advocates and supporters from the very start of my physio journey. From shadowing his sessions in my enrichment time in sixth form, to now allowing me to use his business clinic on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I couldn’t be more grateful for this opportunity, thank you Steve ☺️

I am also available to do home visits all other days if this doesn’t work for you!
