Part of maintaining wellbeing is to provide ourselves with opportunity to be curious about what we are experiencing...

Regular check- ins are part of self support and mean we don't have to feel so lost within as we can begin to make sense of what we are feeling and what we need...

Cafe Hope - our 2 weekly support group for those experiencing feelings of stress and anxiety.

We can often feel alone and isolated in these feelings. This group provides a much needed safe, community focused supportive space.
