🌙✨ The Sacred Feminine
– Friday the 13th ✨🌙
Long before superstition, Friday the 13th was honoured as a sacred feminine day.
Friday is connected to the goddess Freyja, a symbol of love, intuition, magic and feminine wisdom.
The number 13 reflects the 13 lunar cycles of the year, mirroring the natural rhythms of the feminine body and the cycles of life.
A day once seen as powerful, creative and deeply connected to the divine feminine.
🔥 Why It Became “Unlucky”
Later historical shifts, especially during the rise of patriarchal religions, reframed feminine power as something dangerous or unlucky.
Over time:
Goddess traditions were suppressed.
The number 13 became “taboo”
Friday the 13th was turned into something feared. But in older traditions it would have been seen as a very powerful feminine day.
✨ So today I choose to celebrate that feminine energy and dedicate this post to a special lady - my cousin who celebrates her 50th birthday today 🎂🎉✨
A beautiful milestone of wisdom, strength, life experience and soul growth.
✨ May this next chapter be filled with joy, peace, adventure and deep inner knowing.
Happy Friday the 13th and happy birthday to a wonderful woman and anyone else celebrating their birthday today ✨🌙
