There are some Misconceptions about meditation..
Meditation is not the forceful removal of thoughts & feelings. Meditation is the acceptance of our current state of being. This fluctuates as our moods and 'vibes' change. Meditation is a disciplined practise which requires consistenty. It is a process. Meditation is complete allowance, acknowledge & acceptance of our current state. The good , the bad, the ugly will all be experienced during meditation. The resistance which someone occurs in meditation, is ourselves resisting a change that needs to happen. Meditation is returning to a natural evolving flowing state. The resistance is US getting in the way.
Meditation is returning back to our wholesome nature.
To want whole, we have to BE whole
