The vestibular system works with your eyes and muscles to keep you steady, centered, and moving through the world.

It does 3 big jobs:
🌀 Detects head and body movement
🌀 Keeps your vision stable
🌀 Helps your brain know where you are in space

When it’s not working properly, the result is dizziness, imbalance, brain fog, or motion sensitivity.

💙 Understanding the vestibular system is the first step toward understanding vestibular disorders.
