The start of a new month is a great opportunity to reflect on the past month and consider an intention for the month ahead 🙌

Intentions over goals is something I am a big advocate for - for example my intention is to spend more time gardening and I am starting by potting some herbs. As a goal this might be to grow my own herbs which for many reasons may not be successful and would then give the sense that I have failed.

I feel incredibly grateful to genuinely love what I do 💛

Although I’m currently taking a step back from client work and supervision, it’s for the most special reason—spending this precious time falling in love with my little boy, Archie 👶✨

When I reflect on my journey over the past decade, I can’t help but feel proud. Taking that leap to enrol on a counselling course 10 years ago was life-changing. Everything I’ve built since then started with a slightly lost 18-year-old version of me who knew she wanted more than working as an administration assistant taking what felt like a big step out of her comfort zone!🌱

Here’s a little update on what I’m doing at the moment:
