As we wrap up 2023 and head into 2024, I want to take a moment to thank each and every one of you for your support of Sophie Wasmer Health and Wellbeing over the past year. I feel so grateful to have built wonderful relationships with many loyal clients. Your trust means the world to me.

2023 marks the 4-year anniversary since I first opened my massage studio doors. It's been an amazing journey so far! While my overhead costs have increased over time, my prices have remained the same since I opened in 2019.  

To ensure I can continue offering the best possible care, I've made a slight adjustment to my pricing. It's the very first increase in four years, and it will allow me to invest in new techniques, maintain a serene space, and keep those magical massage oils flowing!

I appreciate your understanding and look forward to continuing to provide therapeutic massages to help you decompress, relieve pain, and support overall wellness in the new year. Happy 2024!

Although she may be new to the field, Sophie's passion for massage therapy and her dedication to providing exceptional service make her a valuable addition to the team.

We're excited to announce a special fundraiser dedicated to supporting Ava, a courageous wee girl who urgently needs our help to fund her life-saving neuroblastoma treatment in the United States. In our efforts to make an impact, we have organized a series of 30-minute massages to raise funds for Ava's cause.

Sophie Wasmer and Sophie Hodge will take turns providing soothing massages for two mornings.

The proceeds from these massages will go directly towards Ava's cause, ensuring she receives the best care possible. Neuroblastoma is a challenging and aggressive form of cancer, and Ava's journey requires specialized medical intervention that is only available in the United States. By participating in our fundraiser, you will not only experience the benefits of a relaxing massage but also contribute directly to Ava's life-saving treatment.
