We are now on annual leave. It’s been a hectic year and taking 2 weeks out feels like complete luxury when you’re so busy, but we actually do need to practice what we preach and fill our energetic cups so we have plenty to pour for you all.

We’ll be having a complete digital detox while we’re away and won’t be reading or replying to any messages until we return week commencing 27th October.

Our booking system will be running in the background and allows you to view and schedule future class and treatment dates if you’re looking to get organised with appointments for our return.

Thank you so much to everyone who replied to be a guest speaker for our Ayrshire FHT meetings .

We have now filled the slots for Dec , Feb and April but would love to have everyone who commented scheduled in for later in the year .

Meetings run every 2 months and if you could send a brief paragraph about what you would like to deliver and your preference for a month that would be highly appreciated .

Details of our December FHT therapist support group . Open to all therapists or anyone with an interest in the subject .

Caroline Swinbourne will be our guest speaker and deliver a short workshop on crystals for beginners covering how to select, cleanse and program crystals as well as how to carry out a self healing technique. Her business is Transformational Holistics based in EastKilbride and she also runs Magekal Mystekal Market, a spiritual and holistic fayre in East Kilbride.

Fantastic all day retreat yesterday for a third sector organisation whose team work with the community bringing help to many people in desperate need .

The team all recieved a treatment , created a vision board , had a lovely lunch , learnt all about aromatherapy and made a roller ball and finally finished with some drumming and a fire ceremony .

Thank you so much for joining us , it was lovely to meet you all .
