Take it slow, enjoy the moment Settle in, take some time, don’t get pulled into to rush of having to ‘do’ or ‘achieve’ . This time of year we are instinctively wanting to hibernate like nature, to rest and recover after the long summer, to prepare and nurture our body for the spring growth. Instead we are encouraged by bright lights and expectations (usually our own) to keep going keep doing everything has to be perfect for the Yuletide celebrations. And then we get sick, tired, exhausted, angry. So delegate as much as you can, share the load, stand back and recognise what’s really important, and take some time for self care.
