This welcoming 45-minute class is designed for every body, whether you’re completely new to yoga, returning after a break, or simply looking for a steady, supportive practice. The first class tomorrow 12:30pm is just £5
We’ll move at a comfortable, unhurried pace, focusing on simple, accessible postures, gentle transitions, and mindful breathing. Each class offers clear guidance and options, so you can choose what feels right for your body on the day, no flexibility, strength or prior experience needed.
Expect a balanced practice that helps you stretch, strengthen and release tension, while also giving your nervous system a chance to settle. We’ll finish with a short relaxation, leaving you feeling calmer, more grounded and refreshed.
