So often, the pain in our body carries the pain of our past.
In Darina’s case, her right eye wasn’t just about dryness or eyesight; it was holding years of anger and frustration towards her father. That anger was still looping, still dimming the light in the right side of her brain, and showing up in her body.
What her father shared in spirit was powerful: forgiveness isn’t just about the parent; it’s about forgiving ourselves for carrying their pain forward. When we realise the behaviours we’re angry about are also the ones we’ve taken on, healing begins.
You don’t have to keep surviving. You are here to thrive.
Where in your life are you still carrying the pain of another? And are you ready to set yourself free?
