🌼🐣 Easter fun at Southwell Court! 🐣🌼

Easter arrived in style today — we kicked things off with a brilliant Easter egg hunt and our champion this year was… Doris! Well done, Doris, you absolute star! 💛✨

And the excitement didn’t stop there. This afternoon we had some very special little friends come to visit… the cutest guinea pigs you’ve ever seen. They brought so many smiles and cuddles with them.

A day full of joy, laughter, and a whole lot of sweetness — just how Easter should be 🐰💕

🇷🇴 Romanian Themed Lunch at Southwell Court!
Today our amazing team treated everyone to a delicious Romanian‑themed lunch. The kitchen smelled incredible, the music set the perfect atmosphere, and the flags were flying proudly.

Such a lovely change and a wonderful way to bring a bit of culture, colour, and joy into the home. Well done team — you’ve outdone yourselves again!

Our residents spent a lovely afternoon in the kitchen today, filling the home with laughter, chatter, and the delicious smell of freshly baked Easter brownies. From mixing and decorating to a few sneaky taste‑tests, everyone got stuck in and had such a wonderful time.

There’s something special about coming together to create — and today was all about fun, friendship, and a little chocolate magic. 💛

🌟 Hydration Station Success! 🌟
Today we kept our lovely residents refreshed and smiling with a round of delicious smoothies and creamy milkshakes. From fruity blends to classic favourites, there was something for everyone — and plenty of laughter along the way.

Staying hydrated is so important, and what better way to do it than with a tasty treat and good company. Our Hydration Station activities are all about wellbeing, fun, and making every day feel a little brighter.

🍀 St Patrick’s Day Pub Quiz Fun at Southwell Court! 🍀
Bottoms up and brains at the ready — our residents spent the afternoon diving into a shamrock‑shaking pub quiz full of laughter, friendly competition, and plenty of St Paddy’s spirit.

From creative team names to cheeky guesses, everyone got stuck in and had a brilliant time. It’s days like these that remind us how much joy a little fun (and maybe a bit of luck!) can bring.

🌸 A little Mother’s Day afternoon tea at Southwell Court 🌸
This afternoon we gathered for a cosy celebration filled with tea, treats, and lots of smiles. Our residents enjoyed homemade bakes, pretty table settings, and the simple joy of being together.

Mother’s Day can mean many different things, and today was about honouring every story — mums, grandmothers, mother figures, and the people who’ve loved and guided us along the way.
