We’re currently experiencing issues with our Health Assessment Machine (HAM), which means it’s unavailable at the moment.

If you have an appointment, please don’t worry—your clinician will take any necessary measurements during your consultation.

We’re expecting an engineer tomorrow to carry out repairs, and we’ll keep you updated as soon as it's back up and running.

📢 Important Update for Giffords Surgery Patients

We want to ensure that all patients receive the same high level of care and support, no matter how they contact us.

📞 From now on, when you call the surgery to book an appointment, our navigation team will ask a few more detailed questions based on your health concern. This may take a little longer, but it helps our triage GP respond to your needs more effectively.

💻 If you're able to, we recommend submitting your appointment request online via eConsult on our website or through the NHS App.

Online requests are available:

Monday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Tuesday to Friday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Need help? Not sure how to use the online system? Prefer to speak to someone? No problem — just stay on the line when you call and our team will be happy to assist you.
