I’m back 👋

A few weeks ago I completed IronMan France in Nice which is the reason for my quietness on here. The training for it basically became another part time job. So, with that, I couldn’t really take on more clients or post on social media on top of everyday life.

All my focus went to existing clients.

So now that’s over (plus a little break) my books are back open and I’ll start to become more active on here now.

Post number five from what you voted during “this or that” on my story.

Some of the most common questions I get asked by people who are trying to lose weight are:

“What’s a good snack?”

“Do I need to snack less?”

Snacking isn’t inherently bad by any stretch.

But, in most cases, snacks are generally quite energy dense and not very filling.

Kind of at odds with weight loss tbh.

Before you kick snacking into touch take a look the options in the post. These might be helpful if you’re trying to stay full and reduce calories.

These are some of the most common habits I hear many people, including my clients, want to make stick.

Some of these solutions may sound incredibly simple and perhaps very obvious to you.

They are.

That’s why they’ll work.

The simple stuff sticks.

For something to become a habit you must drill many reps.

If it’s simple, it’s more repeatable and therefore more likely to stick.

Don’t overcomplicate something you don’t have to.
