Last day of Wellbeing week today for this year, we had a meet up together for a quick coffee at the Roundhouse, so nice to meet some other practitioners I haven’t been able too before -and yum brownies made by Ali! 💗 We’re back in Jan save the date 12th to the 18th January 🤩

A lovely morning not working in my care consultant or providing therapies role -but still in a care home, just hanging round eating cake, laughing being social with some fun interesting people thanks to Wild Roots Wellbeing and Milford House Care Home - Barchester Healthcare a beautiful, friendly home with amazing cake! Then time spent meeting lovely folks providing Reiki sessions this afternoon-not a bad Friday! 🙏💗
