Spotlight on Vitamin D
The NHS recommends that everyone should supplement their diet with 400iu vitamin D per day during the winter months. We make vitamin D when our skin is exposed to UVB, but between the months of mid-autumn to mid-spring there are very few UVB rays (unless you are lucky enough to jet off for some winter sun!)
Vitamin D plays many vital roles within the body, and the skin. Deficiencies are linked to inflammatory skin conditions including eczema and psoriasis. Vit D helps us to absorb vitamin A more easily which is important for skin health and anti-ageing. When levels of vitamin A and D are optimal our cells function much better and it is easier to keep skin healthy.

Still able to frown but with less lines 🙌🏻

Over time, frown muscles can cause lines to stay visible even when you’re not frowning. This can make you look grumpy when you’re not, and portrays a negative emotion when you’re just not meaning to. This is a perfect reason to treat those muscles, and has a huge effect on the emotions you project.

Having these muscles injected does not automatically mean you will not be able to frown. The dose can be adjusted according to how much or how little movement you would like.
