With gyms and sports clubs starting to open back up again, there hasn’t been a better time to start getting active. Whether it’s walking more often, yoga, CrossFit, boot camps, signing up to a new gym or anything else, something is better than nothing.

Hopefully we can all start to get out more and get active.

Great post from the British Chiropractic Association confirming chiropractic services can remain open during lockdown 3.0 and the role chiropractors are playing during the pandemic 💆🙌

Chiropractic services remain open across the UK.
It is important that chiropractors can continue to offer their services to their patients for several reasons. These include:
🧑‍⚕️Patient care, particularly when a patient is in pain and needs to seek a consultation.
👨‍⚕️Offering a chiropractic service to key/essential workers, including those in the NHS.
👩‍⚕️Reducing the musculoskeletal care burden on the NHS, particularly if patients are finding it hard to access these services due to the pandemic.
