A spotlight on the four new roles:
MNVP STRATEGIC LEAD - Lead our team to support our work engaging with diverse communities across Gloucestershire about their maternity and neonatal experiences, and represent their voices in NHS Trust and system meetings, bringing vital insights and constructive challenge and scrutiny to inform positive change.

MNVP TRUST LEAD and MNVP NEONATAL LEAD - Do you have lived experience of maternity or neonatal services, and an excellent understanding of how service users’ input can inform and drive improvements in the quality of care? Are you a good communicator with the confidence to represent other people’s views and experience of leading projects and partnership working?

ENGAGEMENT & VOLUNTEER OFFICER - Are you a great listener and communicator, with experience of working with volunteers? Would you enjoy talking and engaging with people across Gloucestershire's diverse communities about their experiences of using maternity and neonatal services? Join our team and make a positive difference.
