One of the most overlooked signs of ageing is the temples.

It’s not an area people tend to notice straight away, but when volume is lost here, it subtly changes the whole face. The eyes can look more sunken, the cheeks less supported and the overall face a little more tired or drawn, even if everything else still looks good.

What makes it tricky is how gradually it happens. There are no obvious lines or wrinkles at first, just a shift in structure that affects balance and proportion.

This is why treating the temples can be so impactful. By restoring support in this area, we’re not just addressing the hollowing itself. We’re helping to rebalance the upper face, support the mid-face and soften that tired look in a very natural way.

When it’s done well, the result isn’t obvious. You don’t look “done”. You just look fresher, more lifted and more like yourself again.

If you’ve noticed your face looking a little more tired or less supported but can’t quite pinpoint why, book a consultation via the link in my bio and we’ll discuss the right apporach for you 💌

Not every skin treatment needs to come with a week of downtime. Some of the best ones work in the background, improving how your skin functions rather than forcing visible change.

MOXI is exactly that kind of treatment.

It’s one I often choose when someone wants brighter, clearer, more resilient skin, without disrupting their life or altering how they look.

If you’ve been thinking about improving skin quality, tone and long-term collagen support rather than chasing a quick fix, this is why I’d book MOXI for myself ➡️

If you’d like to find out whether MOXI fits into your own skin plan, tap the link in my bio to explore your options and see how it could support your skin long term 💌

If my best friend sat across from me and asked what she should actually be doing for her skin as she gets older, I wouldn’t start talking about trends, miracle products or ten-step routines.

I’d start with the things that really matter, the ones that make the biggest difference over time.

There’s so much noise around skincare and ageing that it’s easy to feel like you’re behind or doing it wrong. You’re not. You just need clear, honest advice that puts skin health first.

Here’s the skincare and ageing advice I’d give my best friend, no extremes, no pressure, just thoughtful guidance that helps skin age well ➡️

Looking less tired isn’t about doing more. It’s about doing the right things for your skin.

One of the most common things I hear in clinic is, “I just want to look fresher, but I don’t want to look done.” And that’s actually a very sensible approach. When someone looks permanently tired, it’s usually not caused by one single issue. It’s a combination of skin quality, hydration, collagen loss, and changes around the eyes.

The most natural results tend to come from supporting the skin itself rather than jumping straight to heavy treatments. Improving hydration, stimulating collagen, and strengthening delicate areas like the under eyes can make a remarkable difference to how rested the face looks.

When you approach it this way, the change is subtle but noticeable. Skin looks brighter, smoother, and healthier. Friends often say you look well or ask if you’ve had a good holiday, but they can’t quite work out why.

That’s always the goal. Not to change your face, but to help it look like the most rested version of itself.

If you’ve been feeling like your face looks more tired than you actually feel, book a consultation and we’ll talk through the treatments that would support your skin in the most natural way 💌

Most people don’t wake up wanting a sharper jaw or a completely different lower face. They come in saying they look heavier, less defined, or that their face doesn’t feel as supported as it used to.

Lifting and defining the lower face without surgery isn’t about one magic treatment. It’s about understanding what’s changed and supporting it properly, from the skin to the structure underneath.

Here’s exactly how I’d approach lifting, toning and defining the lower face non surgically, and the treatments I’d choose to do it in a natural, believable way ➡️

Radiesse is one of those treatments that can do far more than people realise 💉

Most people think of fillers purely in terms of adding volume, but Radiesse works a little differently. It doesn’t just restore structure in the moment, it also stimulates your own collagen production over time. That means the skin gradually becomes stronger, firmer, and more supported as the months go on.

Depending on how it’s prepared and where it’s placed, it can be used to support the lower face, soften fine lines, or improve skin quality across larger areas of the body.

When used for structural support, it can help improve the appearance of early jowling and create a more defined jawline. In a more diluted form, it can be used to refine texture and soften fine lines without adding noticeable volume. And when it’s prepared in a very diluted form, it becomes a powerful collagen stimulator that can be used across areas like the neck or décolletage to improve skin firmness and elasticity.

What I like about this approach is that it’s not about overfilling or changing how someone looks. It’s about supporting the tissues and encouraging the skin to rebuild itself gradually so the result looks natural and ages well.

If you’re curious about collagen-stimulating treatments like Radiesse and whether they might be right for you, book a consultation, and we can talk through what would work best for your skin 💌

So much of what we’re told about skin, ageing and aesthetics just doesn’t line up with reality.

There are a handful of truths that come up in almost every appointment, once people hear them, everything starts to make more sense, their skin, their face, and why certain treatments haven’t worked the way they expected.

Here are five things that still shock my patients, even though I tell them every day 👉🏼

If you’ve ever felt confused about where to start or unsure why something hasn’t delivered the result you hoped for, tap the link in my bio to learn more about my approach 💌

The best aesthetic treatments shouldn’t make you look different, they should make everything look more balanced.

When people hear the term facial balancing, they often assume it means adding lots of filler or changing features. In reality, it’s much more thoughtful than that. As we age, we gradually lose volume, structure, and support in different parts of the face. That shift can make certain areas look heavier, lines appear deeper, or the overall face feel slightly tired or uneven.

Facial balancing is about restoring proportion and harmony, not creating new features. Sometimes that means subtle support through the midface to lift and soften the lower face. Sometimes it’s refining the jawline, or smoothing the transition between areas like the cheeks and under the eyes. Small adjustments in the right places can make the whole face look fresher and more supported.

The key is stepping back and assessing the face as a whole, rather than chasing individual lines or concerns. When it’s done well, the result looks natural and effortless. People simply think you look well rested, healthier, or like you’ve had a good holiday.

If you’re curious about how facial balancing could work for your face, book a consultation via the link in my bio, and we can look at your features together and create a plan that keeps you looking like yourself, just a fresher version 💌
