Last Saturday was a wonderful day. From nourishing food and a lovely group of open hearted people to a mix of mindfulness meditations.
A special thank you to Liz for her incredible Pilates session ๐Ÿฅฐ that left everyone feeling energised and to Sara for her thoughtful holistic treatments ๐Ÿ™
We closed the day with a deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra session, which was a perfect way to unwind and reflect on the whole experience of the day.
