Did you know that our OT, Fiona, is a specialist in posture and seating? One of her favourite interventions is helping ensure that individuals are supported safely and comfortably in the right chair.

Poor seating can have a significant impact on health and wellbeing — impacting everything from digestion and breathing to social interaction, skin integrity, and musculoskeletal health. The wrong chair can even lead to poor posture, discomfort, or an increased risk of injury and falls.
