Support for chronic conditions: Local Groups
Talking is a great way to begin addressing chronic conditions and mental health challenges. The next best thing is getting outside, embracing nature, and moving your body!

Our monthly gathering takes place on the third Monday of each month at Wilton Manor - Sanders Senior Living from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm. This is a wonderful opportunity to connect with others who understand and empathise with poor mental health and chronic health issues.

Additionally, on the third Tuesday of each month, we host a well-being walk in the town park. This event is in partnership with Melton Sport and Health Alliance and Active Together - Let's Get Moving. We meet at the small car park at the end of Mucky Lane inside the walls of the park itself.

Please come dressed for the weather. At the end of our walk, we like to join Souper Tuesday at St Mary's Church. You're welcome to stay and enjoy lunch together with us. We offer free hot drinks as well.

Everyone is welcome, including those who need to use mobility assistance.

Bump Boost is an app-based program, personalized aqua natal program designed to provide gentle, low-impact, water-based exercises for pregnant women from 0 to 40 weeks.

Using waterproof tablets, the program tailors' workouts to the user's stage of pregnancy, helping to relieve joint aches, reduce swelling, improve circulation, and support overall physical and emotional wellbeing in a supportive group environment.

This session is Every Friday 13:00-14:00 starting 5th December at Waterfield Leisure Centre.

Good Boost is an app-based exercise program that uses personalized workouts on waterproof tablets to help people with musculoskeletal conditions like arthritis and joint pain, as well as those recovering from surgery.

It is designed to improve strength, balance, and mobility through gentle, therapeutic exercise, primarily in swimming pools.

The program offers a fun, social, and evidence-based way to manage long-term health conditions and reduce the risk of falls.

This session is Every Wednesday 13:00-14:00pm at Waterfield Leisure Centre.
