Last night saw another evening retreat hosted by Be You Wellbeing. A 3 hour evening of crystal meditation, yoga and a sound bath. Just the best way to start 2022 off!

The space can accomodate up to 10 people including the instructor, you also have access to our walking routes and the external breakout areas so you can take your class into nature.

After over a year of our door being closed I am so happy to be able to write that the Studio is available to hire for Pilates, Yoga & Meditation teachers from Monday 17th May! Happy days!

As we wind down for Christmas, we want to say thank you to all of our customers, clients and friends. It certainly hasn't been the first year we had envisaged but it was lovely to see you all when we were able to, we will still be here in 2021 and look forward to welcoming you back then. Did you know... Yoga and Pilates are proven to reduce stress and anxiety, the perfect remedy for a tough day at the office or a de-stressor mid-week. At a time where wellbeing is at the forefront of all we do, it is a time to recognise the importance of wellbeing in the workplace.

Next Saturday 10th October is World Mental Health Day & as a result we are offering three 30 minute FREE lunchtime yoga classes on Wednesday 7th October from 12pm, 12.45pm & 1.30pm in our Yoga & Pilates Studio.

All abilities are welcome, you don’t need to be flexible!! The style of yoga is restorative, a practice that delivers pure calm, a gentle stretch and relaxation.
