I am very excited to announce I now have my very own sports therapy treatment room🪴✨

I’m sorry to say I will no longer be doing mobile visits☹️ I know this is what some of you loved about my business, however, I’ve got to look after my own body too and do what’s best for me.

There are a few last finishing touches to be done to the room but I hope you all love it as much as I do. I couldn’t of done it without the help of everyone at ❤️

One whole year ago since graduation👩🏼‍🎓
Time has flown by!! 🤯

Looking back at where I was this time last year, not knowing where my degree will take me, makes me realise how far I’ve come. It has made me reflect on the things I have achieved and probably thought I’d never do, let alone within the first year of post-grad. I am so proud of myself and my course mates for what we have all accomplished ✨

I want to thank everyone who has helped me grow my business, pushed me out of my comfort zone and kept me motivated this past year, I couldn’t have done it without you!🩷🙏🏻

Ever wondered what cupping looks like?🤨
Yes it does look strange but the benefits are unmatched.

I have been struggling with a lower back injury myself, which caused the muscles to really tighten up and spasm. Along side massage and rehab, 2 sessions of cupping has eased that muscular tightness off completely.
Every individual is different and can require more or less treatments, however, if you haven’t tried cupping yet it’s definitely worth a try.
