Such a beautiful frosty & bright morning to head over to St Marys Church to set up our tree for the annual 🎄🎄 with & - great team work! 🙌
and I had been busy yesterday crafting the star decorations for each of the therapists / businesses based at the house. Whilst created a beautiful 🎈balloon skirt for our little wooden tree (which was made especially for us last year by Andy, the talented carpentry husband of 🙏🏻).
Lots of local businesses, charities, schools, community groups & individuals join in with the event each year, so there will be lots of imaginative, traditional and quirky festive trees on display this weekend. (It’s on from Friday til Tuesday afternoon). It also ties in with the Victorian Christmas Fair that’s on in this weekend too!

started with a trip to Birmingham airport 🛬& back to collect Becca returning from her circus 🇮🇪🎪travels.
This afternoon I’ve seen a couple of regulars and it’s time for a quick cuppa 🫖before my final client of the day.
📔📆My diary is full for this week, and there is only limited availability now for next week too.
I’m always so grateful 🙏🏻for you all keeping me busy.

A busy seeing lots of regulars today. Home for lunch between clients and loving these amazing autumn colours 🍂🍁🍃and the sunshine ☀️, though the winds a bit chilly.
Not sure I’m ready for it to be dark at teatime though!

Navigating hormonal anxt and overwhelm can be challenging, especially trying to deal with it on top of normal everyday tasks. Who else can relate?
A cuppa and catch up with a friend this morning was just what was needed! Nothing has actually changed, but feeling seen / heard and sharing how we’re feeling, can certainly help to dilute some of those negatives and be able to go again.
