The Mere Literary Festival is looking for a new Festival Director to help shape and lead our much-loved community event into its next chapter.
We’re looking for someone organised, proactive, and happy working with a friendly team of volunteers. It’s a role that involves coordinating the programme, managing timelines, and bringing ideas to life, perfect for someone who loves books, events, and being part of something local and meaningful.
