Has snoring become a problem for you? Do you or your partner snore to the point it is adversely affecting your quality of life?

Snoring can often lead to disrupted sleep for both the sufferer and a person that shares their bed. If left untreated it can lead to relationship issues, daytime sleepiness, increased stress and depression. “Let’s quit smoking together this Stoptober”

Are you thinking about trying to give up smoking? Stoptober is only a couple of months away so it could be the ideal time for you, a friend or family member to endeavour to quit.

Stoptober is the annual October-long stop smoking campaign, encouraging smokers to stop smoking based on evidence that if a smoker makes it to 28 days smoke-free, they are five times more likely to quit for good. Over the years the campaign has helped millions give up.

You don’t have to try this on your own. There is a variety of free support available to help you quit successfully, including local stop smoking services and the NHS Quit Smoking app.

We will be posting further details of the Stoptober campaign and how it could support you as we lead up to October.
