Hi everyone!
Just a quick update — I’ve been away on holiday, which is why my classes haven’t been on the PureGym timetable recently.
I’m back this week and can’t wait to see you all again!

Here’s what’s coming up:

Zumba – Thursday
Pilates – Sunday
Zumba – Tuesday
Please check the PureGym app for full details and times.
There’s a £2 supplement to attend my sessions, payable directly to me (cash or contactless).

Looking forward to dancing and stretching with you all again soon!

Good luck to everyone taking part tomorrow!

Don't forget! The Merthyr Half Marathon will be taking place tomorrow. As a result, there will be various road closures in place from 9.30am until 2.30pm.

The race starts at 10am and there will be a road reopening schedule operating from 10.40am onwards, with an approximate reopening schedule as follows:

Miles 1 - 2: Reopen by 10.40am
Miles 2.5 - 5: Reopen by 11.40am
Miles 5 - 6.5: Reopen by 12.15pm
Miles 6.5 - 8: Reopen by 12.40pm

We appreciate your understanding with any inconvenience you experience due to these restrictions and hope this information helps with planning your travel around the closures.
