I have 3 spaces left for Tuesday 5th May, Sound Bath. If life is too busy and you need some time for you, the 1 hour of sound healing will help you relax, rest and recharge. There are so many amazing benefits of a Sound Bath such as deep relaxation, reduced stress, and promoted physical and emotional healing. It works by shifting the brain into a deeply relaxed state, lowering heart rate, and decreasing cortisol. Participants often feel improved mood, better sleep, and decreased anxiety.

The Night Sound Bath was truly magical ✨

The soothing vibrations of the singing bowls, shamanic drum, and gong blended beautifully, creating a deeply immersive and calming experience. As the sounds flowed through the space, you could feel everyone’s energy connecting and harmonising.

Everyone’s chakras were gently realigned and balanced, with the added touch of reiki-infused sound bringing a profound sense of peace, clarity, and renewal.
