Important Reminder: System Migration Disruption

🌟 ATTENTION PATIENTS 🌟

As many of you are aware, we will be changing over to a new system at the start of December.

To ensure a smooth transition and that no one is left without their medication during this time, we kindly ask that you order your prescriptions in advance.

➡️ Please note: we will be issuing two months’ worth of prescriptions in advance, which will be sent directly to your nominated pharmacy. This will be a November and a December script.

This will help us manage the system changeover week, when our systems will be temporarily unavailable.

We appreciate your patience and understanding during this process, and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
