Important Update: Changes to Online Consultation System

Dear Patients,

We would like to inform you that, from 1st April 2026, our e-consult system will no longer be available.

During this time, while we review our current processes and explore alternative online consultation options, all patient access will revert to telephone contact. This means that any appointment requests, medical queries, or administrative enquiries should be made by calling the surgery directly.

We understand that the e-consult system has been a convenient way for many patients to access our services, and we appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to identify a suitable replacement that continues to meet your needs.

Further updates will be shared in due course.

❗️Health Visitors Industrial Action

You may be aware that some Health Visitors in the CTM Health Board area have been taking industrial action, and will continue to do so until 15th May 2026.

Our priority during this period is the safety and accessibility of services provided to you and your family and we are working hard to minimise the impact you experience.

However, to keep services safe and ensure we can support families with more complex and urgent needs, we are having to restrict some activities, including routine appointments.

Because normal methods of contact may be disrupted, we have established a single point of access which we would kindly ask you to use as the main way to contact the Health Visiting service. You will find the details below:

Our priority during this period is the safety and accessibility of services provided to you and your family and we are working hard to minimise the impact you experience.

However, to keep services safe and ensure we can support families with more complex and urgent needs, we are having to restrict some activities, including routine appointments which have already been cancelled.

Where the health board has not contacted you to cancel appointments, please note these are expected to take place as normal. If you are unsure if group drop-in sessions have been cancelled, please contact us (see below).
