I am Solution Focused Therapist and Coach and a Clinical Hypnotherapist. I aim to help you find a pathway to quick and sustainable solutions. I offer sessions in person at the Live Life Chiropractic & Health Clinic in Troedyrhiw, Merthyr Tydfil. I also offer sessions online via a safe and secure platform which means you can access my services from the privacy and comfort of your own home. I have trained as a Solution Focused Practitioner with four of the world’s experts in solution focused practice at BRIEF London and BRIEF International

I am a fully qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist having achieved the Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma (HPD) and the Diploma in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (DFSH) from Clifton Practice Hypnotherapy Training. I also hold the Diploma in Medical Hypnotherapy from The Clinical Hypnotherapy School

I am qualified to practise Rewind Therapy (RT) in the treatment of PTSD and phobias, having trained with the International Association for Rewind Trauma Therapy (IARTT)
