Boxing Day - Boots Retail 9-5pm

Just a reminder -please check you have enough medication to last over the Xmas period. Give your pharmacy plenty of notice to prepare your prescription.
Remember Santa may work over Christmas - but our staff don't 🤣Don't get caught out .....

Please be advised our new operating system is being installed this week. This will cause potential disruption to our normal services. There will be limited/emergency appointments available and possible delays to prescriptions etc., but please be advised our staff are working hard to minimise any issues.
We ask that all patients be polite and understanding when they contact the practice during this time, as our staff are under enormous pressure to navigate their way around the new system and procedures .

Please remember that our systems will be down from 12 o'clock on the 27th November. As we will have no computer system we will only be dealing with extreme emergencies. Please make sure you have ordered your medication as there may be delays while the new system is installed.
We appreciate your co-operation and understanding during this time.
